Hi, my name is Sarah Frederick! I have been coming down to the dojo since 2008, even though the physical location of it has changed a couple times since I started. I was born and raised in Rapid City and went away to Sioux Falls to get a nursing degree from Augustana University. I love being back in Rapid and having the opportunity to come down to the dojo since I live here full time again. I am passionate about Jujitsu, learning the art of it, and helping others gain confidence in themselves through Jujitsu.

Instructors Creed Therefore, when we teach, Let us know that we teach forever. Let our teaching not be for present benefit, Nor for present use alone. Let our teaching be such, That our descendents will thank us . And let us know as we teach and encourage, That time is to come, When our teachings will be held sacred because it was our, hands that taught. And that men will say as they look upon the character of our students,“See! This our Ancestors did for us.”
